How Locker Delivery Works

Driver delivers

Your parcel is dropped off at your nearest Bob Box locker.

You get an OTP

A one-time PIN is sent to you by email and SMS.

Enter the OTP

Key it into the locker’s keypad to unlock your compartment.

Collect your goods

You have 36 hours from delivery to collect your parcel.
