Placing an order

Search for the items you would like to purchase and click ADD TO BASKET on the right-hand side of the relevant items. Once you have added everything you want to your basket, click on BASKET.

STEP 1: BASKET

Here you can view the items you are about to purchase. Once you have confirmed the items and quantities, click CHECK OUT to proceed.

STEP 2: CHECKOUT DETAILS

Here you provide billing details and have the option to provide an alternative delivery address. Once you have filled in the required information, click PROCEED TO PAYMENT.

STEP 3: PAYMENT DETAILS

Here you can redeem any coupon you might have available. Once you have applied any available coupon to your order, you can choose to pay for the remaining amount via Credit Card, Masterpass or EFT, Zapper, MTN Momo or Samsung Pay. Follow each step until you receive a SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT notification.

STEP 4: ORDER COMPLETE

Your order has been received. You will receive an Order Confirmation email, as well as a Payment Confirmation Email once payment is received.

Please note that in the case of EFT payment, customers have 7 working days to make payment and orders are only confirmed on receipt of proof of payment.
