MEDIUM ROAST This single origin coffee is sourced from the Kawacom Paidha Sustainable Project in the Zombo district of Uganda, situated in the West Nile region of the country. It’s a bean grown according to the principles of sustainable farming conditions and often left to grow naturally. This coffee gains its name from the Nile River which flows only a few kilometres away. Here, it squeezes itself through a 7-metre volcanic rock stretch, forming white foam as it proceeds and pours into Lake Albert.
